A lot of things have been going on recently. I'm so lazy and really don't want to write it all out properly so i'll give you the bullets.
I put on an art show displaying comics.
I wrote and drew chapter 1 of Cinema, Lawrence's Diary and printed the first 12 days of 100 Days June 2012.
I update on life stuff on another website I have a more detailed explanation of everything there.
My warm grey markers are too dry for me to want to use them so i can't finish 2011 yet, but I will as soon as I find a replacement brand I like
I have a store where my comics can be purchased, I'm not currently shipping overseas, sorry if you really wanted my stuff and you don't live in the US
I'm going to graduate in just more than a month. I don't currently have a job but I'll be finding something and working on comics as much as i can to get more stuff.
Go check out my art tumblr for sketches and things if you want to see how my art looks now, I've gotten a lot better since 2010 when I started this blog

Things of Interest
I'm kind of in between on what I think/feel about this page. It took so long but some of the additional details look really good. I also ended up having issues with wanting to focus and finish it but it's done and over all not bad.
My cursing panel is one of my favorites I've drawn in a while and it's above my favorite bad-Jasmine. I just wanted to finish the page and it's done.
Paper Towns is the first John Green book I ever read after getting into the Vlogbrother/Nerdfighter community and I have had no regrets over the past year. I like it more than his newest book, to be honest. I liked The Fault in Our Stars but not as much as I had enjoyed Paper Towns. If you want incredibly well written, intelligent young adult literature to read check out John Green. People aren't perfect and how his characters are flawed make them that much more interesting to read about.

The next page will be up as soon as I can finish it, I need to get started in the 2012 pages so I'm going to be working on both years concurrently

Warm Ups and Other Art
Another older warm up piece, this is Bookworm Chic I liked this drawing, I don't think I did the original photo justice, but at the same time I don't hate it.

Things of Interest
This really wasn't a bad day but I really was kind of upset aobut the Rape of Europa. It's about what happened to art during World WarII with the Nazi's stealing and destroying art veruses the museums and what allied forces started doing to protect the art.
In the first panel I'm singing "So Spactacular" by Adam Warrock, it's one of his track log songs, download the 2012 zip of his music to get it. I like it a bit more thant he remix I've linked to but do it up. He just finished an awesome donation drive and I'm excited about his next video where he's going to rent a bouncy castle. Awesome.
The second panel I'm singing "Bike" by Driftless Pony Club - it's honestly one of my favorite of their songs. They also have a new album that just came out on Friday so I'm excited to get that, I pre-ordered and got the demo CD so I'm super freakin' excited about the new album that I should get in the mail today or so. By the end of the week, for sure.
Thanks to everyone who reads this, it means so much to me and I am super shy about getting feedback (unless I'm fishing for compliments) but thanks to everyone who reads this. The people I know online, the people I know in real life and all of you I've never met who are awesome enough to read about my average life.
Warm Ups and Other Art
This is Chris and Curt from Lets Be Friends Again as their hero alternatives. This is not the first time I've tried drawing them, it's kind of weird to try to draw fan/gift art of real people, even cariatures of real people. I do like how this came out. This is my old LBFA piece Seriously, go read their comic, they're celver. Brilliant.

Things of Interest
I apparently drew the wrong shirt... or I showered after I filmed this, but that's okay. Here's my 2MT! I keep meaning to get back into drawing them or recording a drawing and at some point I will. And my framing is different...ohh well  I try to maintain my integrity and be honest about everything but sometimes little details change and are forgotten.
Here's the video
I never took a photo so I don't have a reference for what my name tag looked like but I found it. Awesome. So, I'm straight up distracted, I'm listening to a podcast while typing, which I'm shit at, so I'm not typing anymore.
The shirt is a threadless tee, I have a yellow version of apparently a limited edition tee.
Warm Ups and Other Art
Suma! This is Aster's girlfriend, she's like the most sexualized character in the world of Cinema. But still fairly reserved because she's only 17, I mean, come on.

Things of Interest
I don't dislike the function of critique but for 3 hours it's brutal. I forgot to look for the project file, i might be able to find it if not ehh. It would have been different if I cared about the class or the project. I can appreciate what it was supposed to be about but it was still kind of boring, and printing it was such a fucking pain.
So, I remember that day. I got mad at myself for bitching about first world problems. I mean, the side affect of traffic being loud all afternoon as the city did construction work was irritating. Such a dumb problem but I still posted the video because it was on my mind. This is still one of my earlier videos, I don't think i'm much better at editing but

Warm Ups and Other Art
Teddy on the right and Damien on the left. I don't know, I drew this back in December I think. I don't know where they're hurrying off to but Teddy's worried about being late to it. Fun Cinema facts: Damien was born in the Dominican Republic but moved to America when he was 3 so there's no accent. Teddy was born on an American base in England and lived there until he was 9 and has a slight accent. He was named for Teddy Roosevelt and he has a younger brother named for Winston Churchill, because I'm not clever.
